Men's Cardigan Pattern

Dress for success! With the Seven Button Cardigan pattern, you can design a comfortable, casual V-neck cardigan that is knit with worsted-weight yarn.  Featuring raglan sleeves and a simple stitch pattern while providing a lightweight and comfortable fit for all occasions.  The original yarn used was Mary Maxim's Knitting Worsted, providing approximately 240 yards on a 4 oz skein at the time. But now, with a wide variety of worsted yarns to choose from, you can customize this project to suit his style. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. For a wide variety of garments, we suggest using Mary Maxim Starlette. For a more relaxed and comfortable appearance, consider using Mary Maxim Aran Irish Twist or Tweed. Materials List: Worsted yarn Sz 38-40 (20 oz), Sz 42-44 (22 oz), knitting needles size U.S. 3 (3.25 mm), 4 (3.5 mm), 7 buttons, and 7 (4.5 mm). Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit.
