Use yarn and plastic canvas to make this doll buggy. Will require 8-3" plastic canvas circles, 1- 13.5" x 21.5" Artist Plastic Canvas, 2-9.5" plastic canvas circles, worsted weight yarn in choice of colors, tapestry needle.
